Privacy Policy

One More is a coaching tool for high school athletic programs. Schools use it to run their team: rosters, practice plans, game stats, equipment, documents and play diagrams. We only use student data to run One More for that school's program. We never sell it, never show ads, and never share it for marketing.
Who we are
One More is run by Nate Eyre, doing business as One More. Nate is head coach of Fremont High School boys lacrosse. In this policy, "we" means Nate Eyre, doing business as One More. Questions about this policy: support@onemorehq.com.
Who uses One More
Every account belongs to one school's program and is created by that program's coach or admin. There is no public sign-up. Student logins are only for high school players (grades 9–12) on a school's roster, so no student under 13 has an account.
What we collect
| Information | Why | Who can see it |
|---|---|---|
| Player name, grade, graduation year, jersey number, position, team, status | The team roster | That school's coaches. Teammates see names, numbers, grade and position. |
| Player email (optional, entered by a coach) | The player's login | That school's coaches |
| Coach, staff and helper names, emails and roles | Their accounts | That school's coaches and admins |
| Game statistics | Team and player stats | That school's coaches and stat keepers |
| Workout and skill logs a player enters, and athletic testing results | Training and fitness tracking | The player (their own only) and their coaches |
| Equipment checked out to a player | Return tracking | Coaches and helpers the coach allows to manage equipment |
| Coach notes about a player | Development and follow-up | Coaches only, never players |
| Fundraising progress (player name and amount) and sponsor business contacts | Team fundraisers | Coaches and approved fundraising helpers |
| Documents a coach uploads | Team handouts and forms | Whoever the coach shares each document with |
| Login and page-visit records | Security and support | One More's owner only; deleted after 180 days |
| "Request a trial" form (name, email, school, role, message) | Replying to the request | One More's owner only |
Each program decides what to enter. Every field except a player's name is optional.
What we never collect
Home addresses, phone numbers, birthdates, parent or guardian contact information, Social Security or district student ID numbers, medical or injury records, school grades, attendance or discipline records, or location data.
What we never do
- No advertising and no ad trackers. Pages load no outside analytics scripts.
- We never sell, rent or trade student data, or use it for marketing.
- No public student profiles. Every student page requires a login.
- No chat or messaging between users.
Who we share data with
Only the companies that run the service, and only to run it:
| Company | What it does | Student data |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, logins and uploaded files, hosted in the United States | Yes, stored encrypted |
| Cloudflare | Runs the website and forwards emails sent to support@onemorehq.com | Passes data between users and the database; stores none |
| GitHub | Stores the code and the nightly backups (private) | Backup copies, each kept up to 30 days |
We will add any new provider to this list before it handles student data. We share data with law enforcement only when the law requires it, and we will tell the school unless the law forbids it.
How long we keep data
- A program's data stays while the program uses One More.
- A school or district can ask us to delete a program's data at any time. We permanently delete it, and backup copies are kept for up to 30 days.
- When a program stops using One More, it can download its data first. We permanently delete everything within 6 months of the contract ending.
- Coaches can remove graduated or departing players at any time.
- Login and page-visit records are deleted after 180 days.
How we protect data
Every page uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and data is encrypted where it is stored. Each school's data is walled off inside the database, and an automatic test checks those walls before every update. Permissions are enforced by the database, not just by hiding buttons. Passwords are stored scrambled, so nobody can look them up, including us. When an admin sets a starting password for someone, that person should change it after signing in.
Your rights
The school owns its data and decides what is entered. Students and parents who want to see, correct or delete a student's information should contact the school's coach or athletic director, who can make the change or ask us to. One More is designed to follow Utah's student data privacy law (Utah Code 53E-9) and FERPA, and we will sign the Utah Student Data Privacy Agreement with any district that asks.
If something goes wrong
If student data is ever exposed, we contain the problem, then notify the affected schools and districts promptly in plain language: what happened, what data was involved, and what we did. Notice follows Utah law and any signed data privacy agreement.
Changes to this policy
We will post any change here with a new date, and email program admins before a change that affects how student data is used.
