Terms of Service
Last updated: October 26, 2026
These terms are between your program and Nate Eyre, doing business as One More ("One More", "we"), and cover using One More (onemorehq.com and plays.onemorehq.com). By using it, your program and its users agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we keep and how we protect it.
Who can use One More
One More is for high school athletic programs. A program's head coach or another admin sets up the program and adds its coaches, helpers and players. Player accounts are only for high school players (grades 9–12) on the program's roster.
Accounts
- Each person gets their own login. Don't share logins or passwords.
- The program's admins decide who has an account and what each person can see and do, and can remove anyone at any time.
- If you forget your password, your program's admin can set a new one for you.
- Tell your admin or support@onemorehq.com right away if you think someone else is using your account.
Using One More responsibly
- Enter only information your program needs to run the team, and only information your school allows you to keep.
- Don't upload anything illegal, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share.
- Don't try to get into another program's data, test the security without written permission, or disrupt the service.
We can suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell the program's admin why.
Your program owns its data
The school and program own everything they enter. We only use it to run One More for that program. A program's admin can download all of the program's data at any time.
Fees
One More is offered as a yearly subscription per program. Programs on a free trial are told the trial end date and the yearly price before the trial ends, with no obligation to continue. Payment terms are on each invoice.
Ending service
- A program can stop using One More at any time. It can download its data first.
- We permanently delete a program's data within 6 months of the contract ending, or sooner when the school or district asks.
- We can end service to a program that doesn't pay or that breaks these terms, after telling its admin and giving time to download its data.
- A district may end service with no fee if we break its student data privacy agreement.
Changes and availability
We update One More regularly and try to avoid changes during games and busy times. We aim to keep it running at all times but can't promise it will never be down. We will post changes to these terms here with a new date, and email program admins about important ones.
Limits on responsibility
One More is provided as is. We back up data every night and take care to keep it safe, but programs should keep their own copies of anything critical (the download is there for that). To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any problem is limited to the amount the program paid for One More in the past 12 months.
Law
These terms follow the laws of the State of Utah.
